  • A confirmation will be shared once your booking is placed.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a booking due to professional unavailability or operational reasons.

4. Payments

Payments can be made via Cash on Service or online payment methods. Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner. You agree to pay the total amount shown at the time of booking.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and accessible environment for our professionals.
  • Ensure someone above 18 years of age is present during the service.
  • Report any issues within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Liability

While we take utmost care in selecting professionals, GharSeva acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for any indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service booked.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time may attract a small cancellation fee to cover professional allocation.

2. Cancellation by GharSeva

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule due to professional unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

3. Refunds

  • Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Service bookings, no advance is collected, so no refund is applicable on cancellation.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the service quality, report it within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-service or partial refund as appropriate.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Service already completed and accepted without complaint.
  • Issues reported after 24 hours of service completion.
  • Damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
